He tries dozens of searches, each getting thousands of results and after reviewing the first few pages of each search throws his hands up in frustration. He is pressed for time and realizes he could spend days analyzing the results. Tom concludes if help is out there, it's buried somewhere in the search results.
Tom like so many other companies will revisit the goal internally again or put the initiative on hold. Without new information, the impact will be limited.
