Listing an Event on Expense Management.ca
Currently, there is no fee to post upcoming events. There is however a few guidelines regarding the type of events that ExMA will post.
All events must fit into the Expense Management.ca theme and assist small or large businesses with at least one of the following:
- Increase Sales
- Save Time
- Lower Risk
- Improve Processes or Productivity
- Reduce Costs
Events are to be mostly educational. Attendees know that there will be some sort of sales offer (especially if the event is free).
Events may be free or the organizer may charge attendance fees.
Events that qualify: Seminars, workshops, tradeshows, webinars, teleseminars, pod casts and special networking events*.
Events that do not qualify: Software training (e.g. Microsoft products), consumer targeted events, MLM type events, regular chapter meetings (BNI, Le Tip, Wings, etc).
*Special Networking events where both members and non-members are allowed can qualify to be posted. These are special events from networking groups, chambers, boards, organizations and associations.

All events are reviewed by ExMA before the event is viewable on the site. ExMA reserves the right to decline the posting of any event that we deem inappropriate for any reason.
